CHANTELLE – 4/5 (Win) (NAP)
This three-year-old was impressive when winning comfortably on debut over course and distance last time out, and the form of that race has since been boosted. She should be going very close again here under Luke Morris.

LESSAY – 5/1 (Each-Way)
Course and distance winner off just a pound higher mark back in December, with that success coming within Class 5 company. Drops down in grade to Class 6 level here and should have every chance of making his presence felt.

EAGLE DAY – 16/5 (Win)
Son of Kodiac, who hasn’t been seen to best effect as of late, however, as a result, has become very dangerously handicapped. He’s a two-time course and distance winner, as well as having a fine record at this track overall. He’s also nine pounds lower than his most recent course and distance success.

WELLJUDGED – 13/8 (Win) (NB)
Handicap debutant for Roger Varian, who has shown a solid level of form within maiden and novice company in her three starts to date, placing in all three outings, including when second of ten over course and distance last time out. She looks like a big player.
