12.48 Punchestown: Matchbook 50:50 Graduation Series Maiden Hurdle
We kick things off on Monday at Punchestown with the 12.48, and this is a maiden hurdle that’s contested over a distance of two miles. MADNESS D’ELLE could well make a winning start to life under the care of Willie Mullins here, and he’s the mount of Paul Townend. He sports the famous silks of the Ricci’s, and has only had the one start to date, which came in France back in May. He finished third of ten on that occasion, in what looks to be a fairly strong race with several horses boosting the form since. There’s every chance that he could be better than ordinary, and a bold show wouldn’t be a surprise based on his French run.
MADNESS D’ELLE – 11/10 (Win)

1.40 Lingfield: Best Odds Guaranteed At BetMGM Novice Stakes (Class 4)
It’s over to Lingfield for our best bet of the day, and this takes place in the 1.40, which is a Class 4 novice event over six furlongs. George Boughey could hold the key to this race with ALASRAE, who’s set to be ridden by Pat Cosgrave. He’s a seven-race maiden; however, he’s gone close on several occasions, including in a similar event at Kempton on his stable debut back in December, finishing a length and a half second of ten on that occasion. He also ran well in handicap company over course and distance last time out, finishing fourth and two lengths behind the winner. He sets the standard here on those two runs alone, and should be going close.
ALASRAE – 13/8 (Win) (NAP)

3.10 Lingfield: Bet £10 Get £40 With BetMGM Classified Stakes (Class 6)
The third selection of the afternoon comes within the 3.10 at Lingfield, and this is a classified event over a mile. ROYAL JET looks rock solid here for the in-form yard of Tony Carroll, having won a handicap over course and distance last time out, which was a higher grade, being a 0-55 contest. If he’s in the same form on this occasion, he could prove tough to beat on that form, and today’s rider, Marco Ghiani, was also doing the steering on that particular day. As stated previously, the Tony Carroll yard is in fine form at the moment, operating at a twenty-percent strike-rate at the time of writing, and they look to have another live challenger here.
ROYAL JET – 11/4 (Win) (NB)

3.40 Lingfield: Win £250,000 With BetMGM’s Golden Goals Handicap (Class 5)
Signing us off for the afternoon will be the 3.40 at Lingfield, which is a Class 5 handicap that’s contested over a mile. Michael Appleby’s WAY TO DUBAI could finally get his elusive victory on these shores here under Harry Davies. He’s been knocking at the door for a while now, going close in pretty much all of his recent runs as of late. Most recently, he looked to have the race sewn up over course and distance before being run down by Repertoire to eventually get beaten into second by a head. He contests this particular affair off the same mark as that recent run, and he should be bang on the premises again.
WAY TO DUBAI – 11/4 (Win)
