12.50 Punchestown: FILLYOUREYE should take a significant step forward here from his hurdling debut at Navan last month when finishing eight lengths behind the well-fancied, and potentially useful Classical Creek. That run also came on testing ground, so he should handle the surface here, and it would be disappointing should he not go very close here for Willie Mullins and Paul Townend. (Win) (NAP)
2.30 Uttoxeter: SKI LODGE makes his chasing debut here for Alan King, and notably, this step up to three miles should be much more within his comfort zone, given how he won a maiden hurdle over this distance at Haydock last year. If he takes to the bigger obstacles, he should go well. (Win) (NB)
3.18 Newcastle: NOSS MAYO ran encouragingly here last time out over ten furlongs, keeping on in the closing stages to eventually finish fourth of ten. That run suggests that the step up in distance here could unlock further improvement, and he’s dropped a further two pounds here, with an extra five coming off his back via Archie Young’s claim. 3.33 Uttoxeter: HARD DEALT failed to justify market support on her handicap debut at Exeter last time out; however, she likely needed the run that day, given it was her first start of the campaign. She should strip considerably fitter here, and should make her presence felt, dropped into Class 5 company. (Win)
