5.00 Kempton: Unibet More Extra Place Races Amateur Jockeys’ Handicap: The first of two selections on Wednesday for me comes within the 5.00 at Kempton and this is a Class 5 amateur jockeys handicap over a mile. I like Profitman here who represents the team of Ben Brookhouse and Jack Nicholls who takes off three pounds. He’s been in ultra-consistent form as of late and will contest this off effectively two pounds lower than when finishing a shoulder second to Cusack at Newcastle on his penultimate start. The return to a mile should also suit and he can run a big race once more. Profitman – 5/1 (Each-Way)
8.00 Kempton: Unibet 40,000+ Live Streamed Events Handicap: My second selection of the evening at Kempton comes within the 8.00 and this is a Class 6 handicap over a mile and four furlongs. I’m with Fiddlers Green here for John O’Shea and Luke Morris. He ran a decent enough race following a break last time at Kempton when finishing fourth of thirteen and most notably he’s now running off a mark which is just a pound higher than his last winning one. That success also came over today’s distance back in April at Doncaster where he won with authority by over seven lengths. If he turns up in that form he could have a serious say.
