12.25: PARCHMENT won his only start to date, with that victory coming when trained in France. That success sets the standard in this particular affair, and he’ll likely post a bold bid here on his first start for the in-form David Pipe yard. (Win)

Jack Tudor silk

12.55: UN SENS A LA VIE wasn’t disgraced when finishing seventh within Grade 2 company at Cheltenham last time out, and these are significantly calmer waters. He won impressively at Market Rasen on his penultimate start and has every chance of resuming that progress here. (NB) (Win)

1.25: JAX JUNIOR developed into a useful hurdler last term, with three victories to his name within novice company. He’s got a bit to find here on ratings with Jeriko Du Reponet; however, he has the benefit of a run on his side when second to Lump Sum on chasing debut at Uttoxeter last month. He should progress from that run here, and he could well go close. (Win)

Tom Cannon silk

1.55: HOLLY HARTINGO hasn’t been seen for nearly a year; however, she was in good form when she was last on the track. She’s also performed well after a break in the past and is on the same mark as when she was second at this track on her most recent outing. She could outrun a likely big price here. (Each-Way)

J. Hogan silk

2.30: THAT’LL DO MOSS sets a strong standard here on the back of her second-placed effort in Grade 1 company at Fairyhouse behind Aurora Vega when last seen in April. She’s also gone well fresh in the past, and she should go well here for the team of Fergal O’Brien and Jack Hogan. (Win)

3.05: FIRST CONFESSION should show significant improvement coming into his second chase start here, having posted an encouraing effort at Carlisle earlier this month when finishing a staying on third over a shorter trip. He’s back up in distance here, and looks a big player for the in-form Tizzard yard. (NAP) (Win)

3.40: AT THE OCHE ran very well on his handicap debut at Ascot earlier this month when finishing half of a length second of seven. He’s dropped back down to two miles here; however, he won over this distance on his penultimate start at Ffos Las, and given how well he kept on at Ascot last time, he could prove tough to peg back should he receive a positive ride. (Each-Way)
