2.05 Sandown: Molson Coors Beverage Company Handicap: My first selection of the day on Friday comes in the 2.05 which is a Class 4 handicap that’s contested over five furlongs. I’m siding with Fantasy Master here for Darryll Holland and Tom Marquand. He posted his best effort for a while last time out at Nottingham last month and I think he can go well again off this current mark, which is a pound lower than his last winning one. He’s also dropped down to five here which could work in his favour having won twice over this distance previously. Fantasy Master – 5/1 (Each-Way)

2.40 Sandown: British EBF Maiden Stakes: Next up for me is the 2.40 at Sandown which is maiden company over seven furlongs. I’m with Attack here for the team of John & Thady Gosden who’s the mount of Oisin Murphy. He’s a Wootton Bassett colt who’ll probably want further in time, however, ran a very encouraging race on his debut when finishing second of nine at Yarmouth last month. That experience will be invaluable here and if he naturally progresses he could prove tough to beat. Attack – 11/4 (Win) (NB)

3.15 Sandown: Book Your Coral-Eclipse Tickets Now Handicap: The 3.15 is where I now turn my attention and this is a Class 3 handicap which is contested over a distance of a mile and two furlongs. I like Crystal Mariner here for Sir Michael Stoute and Richard Kingscote. He took a big step forward from his handicap debut on his seasonal reappearance last time out when finishing third of eleven at Chester back in May. He’ll contest this off the same mark and I think he has every chance of going very close if he turns up in the same kind of form as his last run. Crystal Mariner – 4/1 (Win)

3.35 York: Juddmonte EBF Fillies Restricted Novice Stakes: My fourth and final selection of the day comes from York and in the 3.35 which is a fillies novice event that’s ridden over five furlongs. This looks like a good opportunity for Baileys Jubilation for Charlie Johnston and Jason Hart. She was an impressive fifth of twelve in the Listed Marygate Stakes here last month and only two lengths behind the winner. That was a fine effort and is the best form on offer, if she runs up to that level again she’ll be hard to beat. Baileys Jubilation – 15/8 (Win) (NAP)
