2.05: aceodds.com Bonus Codes EBF Mares’ ‘National Hunt’ Novices’ Hurdle: I’m kicking things off on Sunday with the 2.05 which is a mares novice hurdle over two miles and three and a half furlongs. This looks to be a good opportunity for Take No Chances who represents the team of Dan & Harry Skelton. She was swiftly pulled up last time out at Newbury after a bad mistake early on the race, but before that looked to be a progressive sort, already winning a novice race as well as some form behind the likes of Dysart Enos and Inthewaterside when contesting bumpers. This looks to be a good opportunity for her to get back on track. Take No Chances – 7/4 (Win)
2.40: Get Raceday Ready Novices’ Handicap Chase: Next up is the 2.40 which is novice handicap chase action set to be contested over three miles. This is a trappy affair, to say the least, however, I’ve come down on Good Friday Fairy for Ben Clarke and Joe Anderson who takes off five pounds. He was disappointing last time out at Chepstow, but on his penultimate outing, he did get his head in front at Uttoxeter in albeit fortuitous fashion. His rider’s claim here puts him on what I think is a very tempting mark though, and this doesn’t look the strongest of contests. Good Friday Fairy – 6/1 (Each-Way)
3.15: Download The Raceday Ready App Conditional Jockeys’ Veterans’ Handicap Chase: My third selection comes in the 3.15 which is a veteran’s handicap chase that’s ridden over three miles. I like the chances of Iconic Muddle here who represents the team of Gary Moore and Nial Houlihan who takes off three pounds. He comes into the race in good form this season, having finished half of a length second in two handicap chases at Wincanton and Kempton. He’ll contest this of the same mark and should have a big say within veteran company. Iconic Muddle – 7/2 (Win) (NAP)
4.25: Tips For Every Race At raceday-ready.com Novices’ Handicap Hurdle: Signing me off for the afternoon is the 4.25 which is a novices handicap hurdle over three miles and half of a furlong. I’m with Ismael here who’s currently an 11/2 chance for Kevin Frost and Lee Edmunds. He comes into the race having won impressively at Uttoxeter last time out on heavy ground, getting up by over three lengths when going away at the end. That effort gave the impression that he should have no issue with this step up in trip, and I think he’s got every chance of going very well again. Ismael – 11/2 (Each-Way)
