12.53 Musselburgh: Happy 70th Birthday John Grossick Handicap

WEN MOON hasn’t won for a long time now; however, he has been running with credit as of late without managing to get his head in front, and as a result, his mark has continued to tumble. He’s now running off considerably lower than his last winning number, and notably, he drops in grade to Class 6 company for the first time in his career here. He should be very competitive at a minimum at this level. He should post a bold bid here for Ben Haslam and Jason Hart.

WEN MOON – 9/2 (Each-Way)

2.20 Kempton: Bet @racingtv.com Handicap

REVICH isn’t getting any younger for Adrian Wintle, however, he posted a much more encouraing effort at Kempton last time out when finishing third of eleven over a mile. That run came within Class 5 company, and he takes a further drop in grade here with this being a Class 6 event. He’s also been dropped a further two pounds for his troubles at Kempton, and he’s got every chance of capitalising on a very low all-weather mark here. Billy Loughnane takes over in the saddle on this occasion, which is always another positive.

REVICH – 10/3 (Win)

2.25 Musselburgh: Balfour Beatty Power Handicap

SAYIDAH NEW BAY posted her best effort to date when making her handicap debut on her most recent outing, which came last month at Killarney. She finished three-quarters of a length third of seven on that occasion, staying on strongly in the closing stages. The extra furlong and a half that she’ll encounter here looks sure to suit based on that effort, and she has to be considered as a significant player here for John O’Donoghue and Jason Hart.

SAYIDAH NEW BAY – 10/3 (Win)

3.55 Kempton: Unibet More Extra Place Races Novice Stakes

GO RIMBAUD has run well in both of his starts to date, with his most recent effort coming over course and distance when second behind a likely smart Godolphin favourite in Talk Of New York. He faces off against another Godolphin hotpot here in Fort Rock, and whilst he’s likely useful himself, the selection gets seven pounds off him and is almost certainly still on the improve. He should take another significant step forward here, and can make his presence felt for John & Thady Gosden.

GO RIMBAUD – 9/2 (Each-Way)

6.00 Kempton: Unibet Supports Safer Gambling Handicap

SOUTHBANK comes into this particular affair in good form, having won over course and distance last week by a length. He has a penalty to deal with here; however, Toby Moore’s seven-pound claim could prove key in that regard. There’s nothing to suggest that he can’t go well again in a similar contest here, and Chris Gordon’s horses are running well as of late. Another bold bid would be no surprise.

SOUTHBANK – 11/4 (Win)

6.30 Kempton: Try Unibet’s Superboosts Fillies’ Handicap

SAFE AND SOUND ran well on her handicap debut over course and distance last time out, finishing fifth of ten and staying on strongly in the closing stages, to eventually finish just a length and three-quarters behind the reopposing Veraison. That rival is a big player once again here; however, the selection is very likely to improve again coming into her second start within handicap company. She should go well for John & Thady Gosden.

SAFE AND SOUND – 3/1 (Win)
