NAP: IMPOSE TOI – (3.00)
NB: MAMBONUMBERFIVE- (12.45)

12.15: SINNATRA posted a very encouraing effort on his hurdles debut over course and distance earlier this month, finishing half of a length second behind a promising type in Captain Hugo. He should naturally build on that run coming into his second outing of the campaign here, and should have a big part to play for the Skeltons. (15/8) (Win)

12.45: MAMBONUMBERFIVE was a Grade 2 winner over hurdles last term, when winning the Adonis Hurdle at Kempton, and made the perfect start to life over fences when winning at Aintree on seasonal reappearance earlier this month. He could be a nice prospect moving forward for the in-form Ben Pauling yard, and he’s top-rated here. (2/1) (Win) (NB)

1.15: WONDERFULWONDERFUL could be worth taking a chance on here for John McConnell, who’s the mount of Alex Harvey. She was a useful performer on the flat and opened her account over hurdles with a ten-length success at Killarney back in August. She had a spin around Dundalk earlier this month to blow the cobwebs away, and that should put her spot on for this. She could go well at a decent price. (8/1) (Each-Way)

1.50: KINGSTON PRIDE made the perfect start to life over fences when getting the better of the useful Jet To Vegas by two and three-quarters of a length at Perth last month. He was promising over hurdles, notably, when beating Quebecois by five lengths at Kempton back in March, and could be a useful prospect over fences for Olly Murphy. He has race fitness on his side and can make his presence felt here under Sean Bowen. (5/1) (Each-Way)

2.25: HELTENHAM has dropped back down to a mark which is just two pounds higher than his mark when winning by thirteen lengths at Perth back in April. He’s had a wind operation and is now much better off at the weights with Twinjets than when the two met at Fontwell in October. He should enjoy the likely ground here, and could represent some value in this particular contest for the all-conquering Skelton’s. (11/2) (Each-Way)

3.00: IMPOSE TOI should have a huge chance here for Nicky Henderson and Nico de Boinville, sporting the famous silks of JP McManus. He was the winner of a competitive handicap at Aintree earlier this month off a big weight, winning easily on that occasion by three and a quarter of a length. He looks highly progressive and already has course form. A bold bid is highly likely for the same connections that won this race in 2022 with Champ. (9/4) (Win) (NAP)

3.35: DIAMOND RI hasn’t been seen for just shy of two years; however, he remains significantly unexposed and makes his handicap debut here off what could be a very handy mark. He represents the Tizzard yard, who have had a fine start to the season, and market support for him would be significant, given the time off the track. He could prove to be very well-handicapped here. (9/2) (Each-Way)
