Seven-race maiden, however, ran well here last time out over six furlongs, finishing second of twelve, with that run also coming on testing ground. Should have a big say back at this track off the same mark.
1.47 Nottingham: PricedUp Sheriff Of Nottingham Handicap
HIGH OPINION – 14/1 (Each-Way)
Not seen to best effect in his last few starts, however, he’ll contest this off a mark that’s two pounds below his last winning one as a result. He’s a previous course and distance winner who has performed well on soft ground in the past. Could outrun a likely big price.
2.17 Nottingham: EBF Stallions Golden Horn Maiden Stakes
MASKED WARRIOR – 11/8 (Win) (NAP)
Posted a very encouraging effort on racecourse debut at Newbury last month, finishing a length third of thirteen over seven furlongs, and keeping on at the business end of things. Should naturally progress coming into his second outing here, and represents the connections of the mighty Golden Horn, who this race is named after.
2.47 Nottingham: PricedUp Robin Hood Stakes
ICE MAX – 11/8 (Win) (NB)
Back to form at York last time out when winning a competitive Class 2 handicap by a length. Versatile ground-wise, having won on surfaces ranging from good to heavy. Looks set to make another bold bid here for an in-form yard.
3.17 Nottingham: PricedUp The Flat Handicap
SON OF MAN – 6/1 (Each-Way)
Ran well at Sandown on his penultimate outing over today’s distance, finishing third of eleven, with that run also coming on soft ground and off a pound lower mark. He’d certainly have a chance here on that run and can go well at a decent price.
3.47 Nottingham: pricedup.bet Handicap
MAXIDENT – 4/1 (Win) (Treble)
Enjoys testing ground, and this was evident last time out when a comfortable two and a quarter length winner at Ffos Las. Lightly raced this term with just three starts, and should have another big chance here off three pounds higher than last time.

Comes into the race in fine form, having won two of her last four starts and placing in the other two. Most recently, she won at Leicester earlier this month over today’s distance, and she has to be considered a significant player again here. She’s also won on soft previously.
