NAP: Noble Vow – 2/1
6.30 Wolverhampton
NB: Suzuka – 11/4
8.00 Wolverhampton
Treble: Ziggy’s Condor – 3/1
7.30 Wolverhampton
4.55 – Bossy Parker – 7/1 (Each-Way)
Possibly didn’t enjoy the soft ground at Catterick last time, and that was his first run following a break. Looks well-handicapped here with the rider’s seven-pound claim on his all-weather form from the spring.
5.30: Mwafaq – 7/2 (Win)
Comfortable two-length success here two weeks ago, and a six-pound rise in the weights may not be enough to stop him from following up. Has every chance of going well again.
6.00: Visually – 1/2 (Win)
Looked potentially useful when winning comfortably on debut at Bath earlier this month, has a penalty here, but looks the most likely to be above average out of this field, and should take the beating.
6.30: Noble Vow – 5/2 (Win) (NAP)
Run to a decent level in all three of his starts to date, and each of those runs have come at Class 4 level. He met trouble when three lengths third of twelve at Newbury last time, and with a clearer passage here, should make his presence felt eased in grade to Class 5 company.
7.00: Trojan Truth – 2/1 (Win)
Slowly away here last time over a mile and four furlongs, but kept on well to finish second behind a runaway winner. Should be bang there once again here off the same mark, and the extra couple of furlongs should suit.
7.30: Ziggy’s Condor – 3/1 (Win) (Treble)
Ran well when fourth of twenty-one in a competitive Class 4 handicap at York last time out, and drops into Class 5 company here. He’s also effectively five pounds lower than when a neck second at Southwell on his penultimate start, with the rider’s claim coming into play. Should have a solid chance.
8.00: Suzuka – 11/4 (Win) (NB)
Dropped into 0-60 company here, and that ought to make her tough to beat, given she’s contested Class 5 events in her last two outings and run with credit in them. It would be disappointing should she not go close.
8.30: Endofastorm – 16/1 (Each-Way)
Won at Bath last time out and has won over course and distance in the past off today’s mark, certainly not beyond the realms of possiblity of him following up here and is currently a big price to do so.
