1.55 – Glittering Gem – 7/4 (Win)

Sent off favourite for debut effort at the Curragh last month, was slow away on that day, but did make progress before getting tired. Should improve significantly and get a lot closer here.

2.25: Fingerpoint – 7/2 (Win) (NAP)

Debut winner who was very unlucky when tackling Group 3 company last time out, despite still finishing a very respectable third. Looks like a promising sort for top connections, and can make her presence felt within Listed company here.

2.55: Fast Tara – 4/1 (Each-Way) (NB)

Runner-up in her last two starts, and despite a seven-pound rise for her latest effort, her rider is taking ten pounds off, effectively allowing her to contest this off a three-pound lower mark. Looks set to go well again, and she’s a significant player.

3.26: Sharanga – 7/1 (Each-Way)

(4 places – Sky Bet)

Impressive winner in her only start to date, which came at Galway last month, winning by three and three-quarters of a length over twelve furlongs. There’s a lot of exposed-looking types here, and she could prove to be a cut above them.

4.00: Katashuna – 9/2 (Each-Way) (Treble)

(5 places – Most firms)

Kept on well last time at Navan over a mile to open her account at the fourth time of asking. The step up to ten furlongs here is likely to suit, and there should be further improvement within handicap company. She’s also unexposed, which can’t be said for a lot of her rivals here.

4.35: Bottler’secret – 11/1 (Each-Way)

(5 places – Several firms)

Posted an encouraging effort at Clonmel last month when finishing third of eleven, on what was his first outing since May. Effectively, seven pounds lower here with the rider’s claim coming into play, and there’s no doubt that he has the ability within both codes. Should strip fitter here, and could go well here at a nice price.

5.10: Stormie Outlook – 12/1 (Each-Way)

(5 places – Several firms)

Ran well on first start for this yard at Listowel last month over a mile, finishing fifth of fifteen and just a couple of lengths behind the winner. The drop down to seven furlongs could suit here, given that he faded in the closing stages last time, and he could be well treated with the rider’s seven-pound claim.
