5.00 Windsor: Get The Inside Track With raceday-ready.com Handicap: The first of my selections on Monday evening comes within the 5.00 at Windsor, and this is a Class 5 handicap that’s contested over five furlongs. I like Notre Maison here for the combination of Stuart Kittow and Oisin Murphy. She’s the only course and distance winner in this field and made a very encouraging return to the track at Brighton last month, where she finished a neck second of twelve. She’s up in grade here to Class 5 company; however, if she builds on her first start of the campaign she could be up to the challenge. Notre Maison – 7/2 (Win)
6.03 Windsor: Fitzdares Restricted Novice Stakes: My second selection of the evening comes within the 6.03, and this is a Class 5 novice event that’s contested over a distance of a mile and two furlongs. I’m strong on the chances of Fantasy World in this particular contest, who represents Andrew Balding and is another one for Oisin Murphy. He finished third of eight on his first run of the campaign, with that outing also coming at this track. He didn’t quite have the pace to challenge over a mile on that occasion, so further progression is very likely now he’s up in distance. It would be disappointing should he not go very close. Fantasy World – 5/4 (Win) (NAP)
6.20 Wolverhampton: Visit wolverhampton-racecourse.co.uk To Book Now Restricted Maiden Fillies’ Stakes: I’ve got a sole selection from Wolverhampton on the evening, and this comes within the 6.20, a Class 5 fillies’ maiden over a mile and four furlongs. I find it hard to see past Chilli Queen here for the team of Emma Lavelle and David Probert. She’s gone close on her last two outings, finishing second on each occasion, with the latest effort coming at this course. This further step up in trip should suit, given how she kept on last time, and I think she should possibly be shorter in the betting. Chilli Queen – 15/8 (Win) (NB)
6.33 Windsor: Fitzdares Sprint Series Handicap: My penultimate selection of the evening comes back at Windsor and within the 6.33, which is Class 3 handicap action over six furlongs. I’ve come down on Aramis Grey here for Jack Jones and Callum Shepherd. It’s been a long time in between drinks for her, however, there have been plenty of encouraging runs without winning, including on her most recent outing, where she was narrowly beaten half of a length on All-Weather finals day at Newcastle. She remains on her last winning mark and has also won over course and distance. Aramis Grey – 13/2 (Each-Way)
8.10 Windsor: Fitzdares World Of Sport Podcast Handicap: It’s the 8.10 at Windsor where my fifth and final selection of the evening will take place, and this is a Class 5 handicap over a mile. This is a competitive low-grade affair, of which I’m siding with Man Of La Mancha for Ralph Beckett and Rossa Ryan. He’s been behind some potentially useful sorts whilst tried in novice company, and given how he kept on last time at Kempton when finishing third, this step up to a mile should suit. There should also be some natural improvement now he’s tried within handicaps, and I think he can have a big say in this. Man Of La Mancha – 9/4 (Win)
