7.08 Cork: Racing Again Saturday, May 10th Apprentice Handicap: The first of my selections on Tuesday come within the 7.08 at Cork, and this is an apprentice handicap over a mile. I’ve had two in the race here, the first of which is Zipster for Gerald O’Leary and Nicola Burns, who takes off four pounds. He overcame a slow start last time out to finish fifth of seventeen in a competitive handicap at Leopardstown, finishing just two lengths behind the winner. That was just his second start for this stable, and he can progress here off the same mark. My second selection is El Bello for Denis Hogan and Alan Casey who takes off seven pounds. He actually ran at the Curragh on Monday, so his participation here is up in the air, however, he did run with promise, finishing third as he did the time before at the same venue. He should continue to go close off this mark. Zipster – 5/1 (Each-Way) & El Bello – 11/1 (Each-Way)

7.38 Cork: Irish Stallion Farms EBF 3yo Spring Series Median Auction Fillies Maiden: Next up for me will be the 7.38 at Cork and this is a fillies maiden that’s contested over a mile and two and a half furlongs. I like Made U Blush here for William McCreary and Nathan Crosse. She’s run well in each of her three starts to date without winning, and she should handle this step up in trip, as she’s by Masar. There should be more to come from here and she can have a big say in this. Made U Blush – 13/2 (Each-Way) (NB)

8.00 Wolverhampton: Weekend Winners On At The Races Handicap: My fourth and final selection of the evening comes within the 8.00 at Wolverhampton and this is a Class 6 handicap over seven furlongs. I’m quite strong on the chances of Snow Creek in this for Jack Morland and Daniel Muscutt. He finished third of nine on his handicap debut at Newastle last month, staying on in the closing stanges which suggests that this step up to seven furlongs should suit. There should be more improvement to come from him and a bold showing here would be no surprise. Snow Creek – 4/1 (Each-Way) (NAP)
