3.02 Lingfield: Weekly Free Bets With BetMGM Extra Fillies’ Handicap: My first selection of the afternoon on Thursday comes within the 3.02 at Lingfield and this is a Class 5 fillies handicap that’s contested over a mile and two furlongs. I think that this can go to Darysina Gold for Eve Johnson Houghton and Georgia Dobie. She’s a novice winner and has run well in each of her four starts within handicap company to date without winning. On her last start, she finished three-quarters of a length second of eleven at Wolverhampton, staying on in the closing stages. She’ll contest this off just a couple of pounds higher than the Wolverhampton run and she looks to have more to come. Darysina Gold – 9/4 (Win)
4.12 Lingfield: Boost Your Acca At BetMGM Handicap: Next up for me will be the 4.12 from Lingfield and this is another Class 5 handicap and this time ridden over seven furlongs. I like the chances of G’Daay here for the team of Joseph Parr and James Doyle. He’s been knocking at the door as of late whilst still falling down the handicap, and most recently finished second of eight at Chelmsford last week and a length and a quarter behind the winner. He’s been dropped a further pound following that effort and will contest this off six pounds lower than his last winning mark with that success coming over course and distance. G’Daay – 6/1 (Each-Way) (4 places – Several Firms)
5.18 Lingfield: It’s Showtime Handicap: Selection number three comes within the 5.18 at Lingfield which is a Class 6 handicap that’s ridden over a distance of six furlongs. I like Royal Accord here who’s currently trading at best price of 5/1 for Stuart Williams and Marco Ghiani. He’s an eight-race maiden, however, he’s run consistently well in the majority of his recent outings. He finished a length and a quarter second to Elland Road Girl last week on the turf at Bath when going off the 2/1 favourite, and if he turns up in the same form again here off the same mark, he should be bang on the premises at the business end of things. Royal Accord – 5/1 (Each-Way)
7.00 Newcastle: Free Bets With BetUK Bet Club Handicap: My fourth and final selection of the day is a solitary pick from Newcastle and in the 7.00 which is a Class 3 handicap that’s ridden over six furlongs. This is a highly competitive affair, however, I’m taking a chance on Lethal Nymph for Paul Midgley and P J McDonald. It’s been a long time in between drinks for him when it comes to getting in the winner’s enclosure, however, he did place several times last term within competitive handicap company. He had a spin around Wolverhampton last month which should’ve blown the cobwebs away and he’ll contest this off nine pounds lower than his winning mark. He should come on for the Wolverhampton run and he’s also run well at this course before, I think he can go well at a nice price. Lethal Nymph – 12/1 (Each-Way) (4 places – Several Firms)
