3.55 Wolverhampton: £30 In Free Bets With BetUK Apprentice Handicap: The first of my two selections at Wolverhampton on Monday comes within the 3.55 which is a Class 5 apprentice handicap over a mile and four furlongs. I like Tortured Soul here for the combination of Tony Carroll and Jack Doughty. He rattled off a four-timer last term and has started to show signs that he’s returning to form as of late, finishing fourth and second on his last two outings when not too far away. 6.00 Wolverhampton: Weekly £5 Free Bet With BetUK Handicap: Next up for me is the 6.00 which is a Class 6 handicap that’s contested over a distance of six furlongs. I’m with Rogue Thunder here for the team of Patrick Morris and Paddy Bradley. He’s run much better on his last two outings, most notably on his latest outing over course and distance last week when he finished third of ten and a length behind the winner. He’ll contest this particular affair off the same mark and I think he can have a big say if in the same form. Rogue Thunder – 5/2 (Win)
