.30: Get Best Odds Guaranteed At BetVictor Nov’ Limited Handicap Chase: I’m kicking things off on Friday with the 2.30 which is a novices handicap chase over two miles and seven and a half furlongs. I like Atlanta Brave here for Kerry Lee and Richard Patrick. He’s progressed with each start over fences this season, finishing second on his last two outings with his latest effort his best yet when three-quarters of a length behind the winner with both of them pulling clear of the field. There’s likely more to come from him and he’s the one for me here. Atlanta Brave – 7/2
.00: Bet In-Play On Racing At BetVictor Novices’ Hurdle: Next up it’s the 3.00 which is novice hurdle action over a distance of two miles and four and a half furlongs. This looks like a good opportunity for The Newest One to add another win to his tally for Nigel & Sam Twiston-Davies. He’s very experienced for a novice event and whilst he is the most exposed he’s got the best form in the book here. He was placed in a Grade 2 event last time out at Doncaster and if he runs to that sort of level again here he’ll be tough to beat. The Newest One – 5/2 (Win)
.33: Daily Racing Specials At BetVictor Handicap Hurdle: My third selection of the afternoon comes in the 3.33 which is a handicap hurdle over two miles and half of a furlong. I’m with Doyen Quest here who represents the all-conquering team of Dan & Harry Skelton. He posted a very encouraging effort on his handicap debut last time out when finishing second of twelve at Taunton a few weeks ago, only a length behind the winner. He should build on that here which makes him a serious player. Doyen Quest – 9/2 (Win)
.08: Steve Jobar MND Handicap Hurdle: It’s more handicap hurdle action at 4.08, this time over a distance of three miles and in this particular affair I’m taking a chance on Coquelicot for Anthony Honeyball and Sam Twiston-Davies. She won a listed mares event in impressive style on her first start of the season and was placed in another on her most recent outing at Haydock last month. Dropping back into handicap company could be a positive and if turning up in her best form she can certainly play a role on ground that she’ll appreciate. Coquelicot – 10/1 (Each-Way)
.20: Download The BetVictor App Handicap Hurdle: My fifth and final selection of the afternoon comes in the 5.20 which is another handicap hurdle over three miles. I’m with A Definite Getaway here for the team of Peter & James Bowen. He’s making his stable and handicap debut here having had a string of second-placed efforts to his name within maiden and novice company, and I think he could prove to be a bit better than his opening mark. His yard have been in decent form as of late and he looks a solid bet at the prices. A Definite Getaway – 8/1 (Each-Way)
