2.25 Warwick: William Hill Racing Each Way Extra Handicap Hurdle (Class 4)
The first of our four selections on Saturday comes from Warwick, should racing go ahead, and the 2.25, which is a Class 4 handicap hurdle over two miles. SOLDIER’S LEAP has quickly developed into a progressive hurdler for Tom Ellis, winning back-to-back handicap hurdles since returning to the track this term, with his most recent success coming at Uttoxeter in November when winning comfortably. He’s up eleven pounds for that run; however, given how easily he did it that day, he could still be firmly on the upgrade. Three-pound claimer Jack Andrews has been on board for both victories, and he renews the partnership once again here. Another big run would be no surprise.
SOLDIER’S LEAP – 5/1 (Each-Way) (5 places)

3.00 Lingfield: Create Your Bet Builders At Midnite Handicap (Class 3)
It’s over to Lingfield on the all-weather for our second selection, and the 3.00, which is a Class 3 handicap that’s contested over five furlongs. The David Loughnane-trained ACCRUAL could prove to beat here, who’s the mount of in-form seven-pound claimer Harry Vigors. He has form figures of 2121 in his last four starts, including over six furlongs at this track last time out, with that run coming just a few days ago. He has a penalty for that success here; however, Vigors’ seven-pound claim will offset that, and he should prove to be a big player again if he’s in the same form.
ACCRUAL – 6/4 (Win) (NB)

3.17 Kempton: Coral Lanzarote Handicap Hurdle (Class 2)
We head to Kempton for the third pick, and the 3.17, which is the Class 2 Lanzarote Handicap Hurdle, over two miles and five furlongs. Dan Skelton has won the last two runnings of this race, and he should have another big say in this year’s renewal with A PAI DE NOM, who’s set to be ridden by his brother Harry. He’s already won three times this season, with his most recent success coming at Leicester in December, following on from a win at Cheltenham in an eight-runner handicap. There’s a high chance that he could still be ahead of his current mark, and he’s definitely a live player for his all-conquering connections.
A PAI DE NOM – 11/2 (Each-Way) (5 places)

4.20 Newcastle: Always Gamble Responsibly At BetMGM Classified Stakes (Class 6)
The best bet of the day on Saturday comes from Newcastle, and the 4.20, which is a classified event that’s ridden over a mile. Ivan Furtado could hold the key here with seven-year-old RELEVANT RANGE, who’s the mount of three-pound claimer Jordan Nason. He nearly made the perfect start to his career for this yard at Southwell last week, when finishing a head second of twelve on his racecourse debut. Nason was on board on that occasion, and if he’s in the same form, he could take a lot of beating here. He ought to be winning sooner rather than later at this lowly level.
RELEVANT RANGE – 5/2 (Win) (NAP)
